Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of fusiontechs.org and any pages, forms, and content made available on it (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Home Fusion Services Inc, a Texas corporation (“Home Fusion,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Business Use

The Site provides general information about our field services for business customers and for technicians and contractors interested in working with us. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to submit information through the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

2. No Offer or Contract

Content on the Site, including descriptions of services, capabilities, coverage, and past performance, is provided for general information only. It is not an offer, quote, bid, or guarantee of availability, pricing, schedule, or results. Any services we provide will be governed solely by a separate written agreement, proposal, or purchase order signed or accepted by Home Fusion.

3. Your Submissions

When you submit a project request, application, or other information through the Site, you agree that:

• The information is accurate and you have the right to share it
• You will not submit passwords, banking or payment-card information, Social Security numbers, medical information, or other highly sensitive information
• You will not submit confidential information that you are not authorized to disclose
• We may use your submission to respond to you, evaluate a project or application, and operate our business, as described in our Privacy Policy

Submitting a project request does not create a contract. Submitting an application does not guarantee employment, contractor engagement, or a project assignment.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by or licensed to Home Fusion and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print Site content for your internal business use, such as evaluating our services or including our capability statement in a vendor file. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission. The Home Fusion name and logo are our marks; other names and marks belong to their respective owners.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or spam content, or impersonate any person or company
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users’ information
• Upload or transmit malware or interfere with the Site’s operation or security
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site by automated means without our permission

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site is hosted by Squarespace and uses third-party services, including embedded Airtable forms. The Site may also link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or content, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Fusion disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Figures and descriptions of past work may be approximate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Fusion and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). These limits do not apply to services provided under a separate written agreement, which is governed by its own terms.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Home Fusion and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

12. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Home Fusion regarding your use of the Site.
